business process difficult problem for companies, including security, inventory
management, support, integrating mobile devices into pre-existing it function
and systems and measuring return on investment.

adequate technical support every employees.
When employees are not able
to access critical data or encounter
other problems with their mobile devices, they will need assistance form the
information system department.

compromised, companies need ways to ensure that sensitive or confidential

What people, organization, and technology factor should be addressed when
deciding whether to allow employees to use their personal smartphone for work?
This company allow to the employees to use the
smartphone with software development teams focused on ensuring that new
application will be easily usable and useful on smartphone. If a device is stolen
or compromised companies need ways to ensure that sensitive or confidential
information isn’t freely available to anyone.
Besides that, the technology is a significant
portion of corporate IT resources is dedicated to managing and maintaining a
large number of devices tried to limit business smartphone use to a single
platform. This made it easier to keep track of each mobile device and to roll
out software upgrades or fixes, because all employees were using the same
devices or at the very least, the same operating system. To access company
information, the company’s networks must be configured to receive connections
from that device. When employees make changes to their personal phone, such as
switching cellular carriers, changing their phone number, or buying a new
mobile device altogether, companies will need to quickly and flexibly ensure
that their employees are still able to remain productive.
The employee need the smartphone because employees
use that software to access their entire desktop on their smartphone and mobile
handhelds and are thus able to use the same programs on the road that they use
in the office.

We agree that company should allow the employees to
bring their own smartphone for work because it will be help the company to save
the money.
Save
the cost for register or buy the own software for work
- When employees bring their
own smartphone to work, they will try to use their own way to smooth their work
for complete the task by using the effective apps on their smartphone.
Example: Such as document app (office suite) to
doing their own report or proposal at anywhere with their own smartphone.

employees will try to recommend to other worker to use the effective apps for
work.
Example: Download form Android Market or Apple Apps
Store.
Save
the cost for sending the information.
- Employee will use the
social network apps to send the document, report or important information to
customer, manager or other worker with their own smartphone easily.
Example: Facebook, Wechat, Yahoo mail, Gmail or
Whatsapp.
- Employee also can save the
cost and make an appointment to meet the customer by sending the product image
or specification to them. This help for companies to save the cost such as the
transport fees and phone calls fees that claim by employee for make appointment
with customer.
